1. Make

2, series connection

Press the LEDs in +-, +-, ... +-, +- series to produce a positive electrode (as a mark A+) And a negative electrode (as a mark K-). The connection of the lamp legs needs to be soldered with tin or they can be screwed together and then soldered. Remember: Be sure to solder. Because the legs of the LED are iron-plated silver, when the current passes, it will rust quickly if it is wet, which will cause hidden troubles to the light box, and will bring trouble to the after-sales. There are a lot of connected lights now, and the use of the connected lights can save a lot of time to improve production efficiency, but there are only 20 lights in each row, welding can not be avoided. Note: The long leg of the LED is (positive) pole and the short pin is (negative) pole.

3, group (string)

According to the number of zui that can be connected in series with the light-emitting diodes of various colors in the attached table, such as each string of red LEDs More than 120 should be used. The reason is very simple. The output of the controller is about 210V DC, and the working voltage of the red light is about 2V. That is to say, every time one LED lamp passes, it will step down 2V. If the number of LEDs is too much, the output voltage of the controller will not reach the lamp. When the string is operating at the voltage required for normal operation, the string will not light or the brightness will be too low. Note: It is not recommended to add "*" in the attached table. When the number of LEDs in series is close to or exceeds the number of the number, it is easy to cause the circuit to be unstable. It should be divided into two strings or more. The strings are connected in parallel as a group.

4, string-in resistors

According to the number of schedules, the appropriate number of resistors are serialized into each string of LEDs. The resistors are not divided into positive and negative poles, and can be inserted in the string. Between any two of the light-emitting tubes in the string of light-emitting tubes. Strings save time and effort on wires when wire connections are needed. Note: Due to the different batches and models of the products, the specific number and string resistance values depend on the operating current. The above parameters are for reference only. The current zui of each branch of the LED is adjusted to 19ma, and the resistor is 1k/2w, such as 5k. It can be connected with 5 resistors with a resistance of 1K ohm and a power of 2W.

5, connect the controller

Connect the positive pole of each string of LEDs to the positive (red line) end of the controller, and the negative pole of each group of LEDs to the negative of the controller ( Green line) control terminal. The three yellow lines are the output lines of the water side lights, which are respectively connected to the negative poles of the three sets of side lights. The three positive poles of the side lamp are welded together with the positive pole of the main word. Generally, the controller has a straight bright output line. In the case where there is no requirement for constant lighting, the normally bright output line of the light box should be cut or glued with a glue stick to prevent the controller from being damaged by the open circuit.

6. Debugging

The connection is correct, it will light up after power-on, simply measure the current, use the multimeter DC voltage file to measure the voltage on one of the 1K/2W resistors. 15-20V (zui is less than 18V), exceed 20V and add a resistor before measuring, until normal. In order to facilitate the debugging measurement, the controller pattern can be set in the debugging state and the long delay interval state, and the controller output is in a large proportion of long light and short extinguished state. Now the controller has a straight bright output, and the constant current helps to accurately measure the voltage of the resistor.

7, maintenance

If it is not lit, use the multimeter DC 250V file, the black pen is connected to the green line, the red pen is connected to the red line, if the indication is beating or at 200-220V, the controller Normal; the black pen does not move, the red pen measures the voltage at each end of each LED. If the voltage difference between two LEDs is very large or no voltage, it indicates that the LED is damaged and try again after replacement.

8. Assembly of Light Boxes
